The Board
Lyndoch is a community facility which has its affairs overseen by a Board of 9 who are elected by the Association’s membership in accordance with the Associations Incorporations Act 1981.
The primary functions of the Board are to establish strategic direction, monitor and evaluate performance and ensure that services provided are appropriate. |
