Chief Executive Officer

Mr Rhys Boyle

Reports directly to the Board and is responsible for the management and leadership of the organisation as a whole.  Principal responsibilities include strategic planning, financial management, industrial relations, and facility development.

Director of Nursing

Mrs Katrina Perroud

Responsible for the professional leadership and management of residential care services.  The focus of the position is it ensure that the quality of residential care provided is of the highest standard and that regulatory, resident, and community expectations are met.

Director of Community Services

Mr David Keilar

Responsible for the coordination and development of community based and regional case management and assessment services that are designed to maintain the independence of designated clients.

Director of Business Services

Ms Helen Bacon

Responsible for business services and supporting each Division to ensure the commercial viability and revenue potential of the organisation is realised.
