Employment Opportunities

Lyndoch strives to be the local employer of choice for the care industry, and to achieve this puts a great deal of time and effort into listening to its staff so as to improve facilities and conditions.  In consultation with staff, a Human Resources Philosophy and an organisational Values Statement were adopted in 2006.
