Lyndoch Community rehabilitation is looking for a suitably qualified Occupational Therapist to work as part of a multidisciplinary team in providing rehabilitation services for clients living in the community.

 

The Community Rehabilitation Centre provides an outpatient rehabilitation service involved in aged and extended care treating people with a wide range of conditions including orthopaedic, neurological, falls and mobility difficulties and complex medical conditions.

 

Conditions are according to the Health Professional Service Award.  Classification will be dependent upon qualifications and experience.  Employment will be subject to a successful Police check.
