The Audrey Prider Centre is a hive of activity which offers a full range of quality care services to those affected by a form of dementia.

The secure accommodation of the Audrey Prider Centre is modern and vibrant with most rooms being single bedroom with an ensuite. Rooms are arranged in three separate wings which share dining facilities and the spacious and lively activities room. In addition to these common areas, cosy living spaces are also provided within each wing should families like to have some private time with their loved one in comfortable pleasant surroundings. Access to well-manicured and relaxing outdoor areas is easy from all wings including a farmyard style courtyard complete with windmill and chicken coop.

Staff of the Audrey Prider Centre understand the unique and at times complex needs of those affected by the many different types of dementia, and strive to minimise the impact of dementia on both the resident and family. Staff also understand the importance of keeping family connected with their loved one and are committed to keeping families informed regarding the ongoing care and needs of those in their care.

The Audrey Prider Centre boasts a diverse and specialised lifestyle program that engages and enlivens residents to make the most of their abilities in order to enrich their lives. Regular activities are available for residents which bring them together as a group, and individual hobbies are also encouraged to help keep them active and happy. The purpose for having a lifestyle program is to enhance the quality of life for our residents and to help keep them active and enjoying social engagement. Our links with local community groups and services contribute to our lifestyle programs, so our residents stay connected and motivated.
