Lessons for a lifetime

Lyndoch Living has embraced the involvement of the district's many schools throughout the organisation's history.  Students, residents and clients have participated in a large range of activities both here at Lyndoch and at the schools.

We are now actively encouraging these associations further though the more structured approach of the Grand Buddies Project, whereby interacting with our residents and clients on a range of classroom led topics, students develop positive attitudes toward older people and aging in general.

While this project has seen some wonderful outcomes, we still maintain and enjoy the great casual relationships we have with other schools where activities are more random and spontaneous.
