Rhys has over 25 years of management experience in the public health sector. Prior to being appointed as CEO of Lyndoch in 1994 he held senior management positions at Wangaratta Base Hospital, Glenview Community Care and The Beechworth Health Service.
Rhys has tertiary qualifications in Business Administration and Health Service Management and is a Director of Aged and Community Care Victoria, a position he has held since 2005.
Helen has over 27 years of experience working in the aged care industry in a variety of senior management roles. Her current appointment as Director of Business Services incorporates the Deputy Chief Executive Officer position. Helen’s areas of particular expertise is finance and she holds tertiary qualifications in business.
Helen is a regular member of departmental working parties, the most recent relating to Public Sector Business Performance Improvement for residential care.
David has 22 years’ experience working in the public health sector with extensive experience in psychiatric services and the provision of community based health services.
David is involved in a number of community health committees including the Barwon South West Dementia Steering Committee, and is a past Chairman of the South West Primary Care Partnership and continues as an executive member of that Partnership.
David has qualifications in psychiatric nursing and business management and was appointed as the Director of Community Services at Lyndoch in 2006.
