Aged Care Residential

Whether you want a quiet place to relax, or are a social butterfly looking for a full daily schedule, Lyndoch Living’s residential aged care services in Warrnambool provide a variety of accommodation options to suit all residents. With the comfort and security of 24-hour care, evolved over our proud 60-year history, Lyndoch offers residential aged care to almost 200 residents over five housing options. Our in-home services for Warrnambool and district residents help you live at home as long as possible but when you decide the time has arrived to move, you can be assured of comfort and wellbeing at Lyndoch.

Due to our wide range of services and support, we strive to accommodate changes in care needs from within Lyndoch, so that residents aren’t uprooting their home when their needs change.

While living in a shared environment, we actively encourage each resident to personalise their room to suit their personality, from photographs and knick-knacks to their favourite armchair, reading lamp or other treasured pieces of furniture.

While we help to build relationships with and between our residents through a range of social programs and day-to-day activities, residents are also strongly encouraged to continue with their own hobbies, leisure interests and exercise programs. External outings are organised regularly and include sightseeing excursions, shopping and to promote community links with local schools.

Social Programs and activities include: yoga, card games, bingo, cooking, exercise programs, movie viewings, AFL football tipping, musical entertainment and many others.

Onsite services and facilities include: Visiting library, chapel and services of worship, internet access and customised Skype facilities, hairdresser, men’s group, dementia carers support group, music therapy, laundry services, newspaper delivery, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, podiatry, and dietary advice.

As well as our residential aged care accommodation, Lyndoch provides a variety of other assistance programs including respite, rehabilitation and disability services to Warrnambool and district residents.
