On behalf of the Board and the Executive I would like to wish a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to our residents, clients, staff, volunteers, families, friends, and the community. What we have achieved together over the course of this year would not have been possible without you.
2018 at Lyndoch Living has been a phenomenal year of celebrations, milestones, innovation and new projects, all of which would not have been possible without an incredibly talented and resilient team of staff. I want to take this opportunity to thank all of the Lyndoch staff for your hard work and commitment and remind you it is your work that makes the difference to our residents and clients’ lives every day.
The spirit of generosity and community mindedness has been a highlight of the year for me, and I have been proud to encourage and foster the social conscience of our staff and residents to continually improve on how we meet and exceed the needs of our community.
As the year draws to a close I am excited to welcome the staff, residents and community of May Noonan Centre to the Lyndoch family and we look forward to building a great community with the people of Terang.
The New Year will hold lots of new challenges and exciting enterprises for not only Lyndoch and its community of programs and people, as we move into the next stage of our Masterplan strategy, but the aged care sector in general. We need to draw on our resilience and values and work together as a team to not just achieve our goals and maintain our high standards but to exceed our own expectations and be the best we can be for our residents, clients and our community.
This year we challenged ourselves, our residents and clients to #Get Busy Living and what has been achieved can be seen in the great stories that happen here every day, and we share our stories to inspire and promote the services and opportunities offered by Lyndoch through our staff, families, community, social media and the website.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our valued customers and suppliers for their ongoing support and look forward to working with you in the new year.
