Are you not quite ready for residential living, but still need a hand with some odd jobs around the house? As well as providing residential aged care for Warrnambool and district and a full continuum of care and support options for the aged community, Lyndoch Living provide several packages to maintain your independence and allow you to continue living at home.
After being allocated a support advisor through a home care package, you can be linked to a wide range of different services including, personal care, respite care, clinical care, transportation to appointments, social support and health aids and equipment. Your support advisor will help you identify your needs by working with you and your family or carer, allowing you to be involved with choosing the type of care, how it is delivered and who is the care provider.
The Home Care packages are an Australian Government funded program however requires a client contribution, as with all community service providers. Our Warrnambool aged care support advisors know which programs and services are available to support you and how they are funded, ensuring you have all information to make the best decisions.
The Supported Residential Service (SRS) program provides services to assist people with their daily activities, living in supported accommodation. A case manager can be provided for up to two hours per person per week.
