Lyndoch Living’s extensive services extend beyond aged care in Warrnambool. Lyndoch Living Rehabilitation Services at The Stables offer a comprehensive range of dynamic programs aimed at promoting optimal functioning and health. Rehabilitation is goal orientated, time limited and individualised to your needs. Services can be provided either in the center or in your home.

Living with Parkinson’s Program

The Living with Parkinson’s Program offers comprehensive rehabilitation services to people with Parkinson’s Disease. We offer the Parky Moves Exercise and Social Group and the Parkinsong singing group.

My Say Program

The My Say Program is an exercise and social group for people with Multiple Sclerosis which offers allied health support combined with complementary therapies to promote optimal mind and body well-being.

Eligibility

Eligibility for our Warrnambool rehabilitation services is limited to people aged 18 years and over. To access our programs please arrange a referral via your doctor/specialist, or service provider. Lyndoch Rehabilitation Services is a registered provider of the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) in Warrnambool.

Lyndoch Living strives to empower and support all clients and residents, either through our rehabilitation services, respite care, social programs, in-home services or residential aged care in Warrnambool.
