“Sandy has worked in a caring role at Lyndoch Living for twenty-eight years, having become a nurse eighteen years ago and stepping into the role of Clinical Leader in Riverside Hostel eight years ago. I have chosen Sandy as I admire her commitment to the residents and staff in Riverside.
Sandy is always approachable for us all. She has a huge responsibility within her role. Now in the environment of Covid 19 restrictions, there is much reassurance for the residents and their well-being. When I asked Sandy what her love of the job is, she replied: ‘It’s the residents. It’s challenging but so rewarding.’ “
