Swinton Redevelopment: Masterplan Project (Stage 1)

Works have commenced on the Swinton Redevelopment, Stage 1 of the Lyndoch Masterplan Project.

If you have driven along Hopkins Road or visited Lyndoch Living Warrnambool over the past month you may have noticed part of the site has been fenced off and demolition/construction works have commenced on the redevelopment of the Swinton wing building.

This is the first stage of the Masterplan Redevelopment of the Lyndoch Living site, which will incorporate the new residential suites on level 2 and a modern new facade along the Hopkins Road building including lots of natural elements, gardens and access to external areas for residents on all levels. Visitors and staff are advised to be aware of changes to access and parking restrictions onsite, and do not exceed the posted speed limit of 10 km/h. Additional onsite parking is available via Entrance C off Marfell Road.
